Halloween Bracelet
Thursday October 8th     6:00 to 8:00pm           $30
Instructor: Cathy Andrews
Experience Level - Beginner
This class will focus on learning the wrapped-loop technique.  All beaders should know this technique to make earrings, loops and dangles.  Our example is a Halloween-themed bracelet, but you can choose whatever theme you would like.  You will also learn the proper way to open and close jump rings in this class
Saturday October 10th    11:00am to 1:00pm    $30
Instructor: Sharon Wagner 
Experience Level – Advanced Beginner
Learn how to weave rondells using the Right Angle Weave technique and 3mm Crystaletts® buttons.  Design applications will be discussed.  Please note: The picture included is just a design idea, a pair of earrings will be made in class.

Material Girl
Saturday October 10th    2:00 to 5:00pm           $45

Experience Level – Advanced Beginner/Intermediate

You will need to wear sunglasses when wearing this piece!!  This is Sharon’s signature design and it is covered in sparkly Crystaletts® buttons.  Please note: there is a $110 mandatory kit fee for this class.
Bead Embroidery
Tuesday October 13th          6:00 to 8:00pm           $30

Experience Level –Beginner
If you have ever been interested in bead embroidery but weren’t sure where to start, this is the class for you.  Sue will teach you the basics of bead embroidery and a fun pendant will be made in class.  Bead Embroidery will allow you to take your beading to the next level.  Warning!!! Bead Embroidery is addicting so don’t say we didn’t warn you!!  LOL

Basic Stringing
Wednesday October 14th    6:00 to 8:00pm           $30

Experience Level - Beginner

Just about everyone can string beads on a wire, but you will learn the techniques needed to design a bracelet, and to make jewelry that fits and stays securely fastened. 

Wrap Bracelet
Friday October 16th  6:00 to 8:00pm           $30
Instructor: Kim West
Experience Level - Beginner

Learn how to make a trendy wrap bracelet out of leather cord and beads.  These are so fun and you can wear many at a time to create a layered look.


Tunbridge Wells Pendant
Saturday October 17th         1:00 to 4:00pm           $45
Instructor: Liz Thompson
Experience Level – Advanced Beginner/Intermediate
Using a mix of netting and a modified Right Angle Weave, students will create a three-sided pendant reminiscent of antique light fixtures.

Hawaiian Dream
Tuesday October 20th          6:00 to 8:00pm           $30

Experience Level –Beginner
Don’t let the name of this project fool you.  This is a very dainty netted necklace that can be worn year-round.  This is the perfect necklace to display a smaller focal pendant
3-D Peyote Cuff
Thursday October 22nd        6:00 to 8:00pm           $30

Experience Level –Beginner
If you have ever wanted to learn the peyote stitch, this is the class for you!!  We will use 3 different size beads to create a textured cuff bracelet that is very structured.

Tuesday October 27th          6:00 to 8:00pm                       $30

Experience Level –Beginner
Kumihimo is a Japanese braiding technique that is perfect for making a rope to display a focal piece.  We will incorporate beads into this technique.  Please note: some pre-work is required for this class
Marrakech Bracelet
Thursday October 29th         6:00 to 8:00pm                       $30
Instructor: Cathy Andrews
Experience Level –Beginner (some seed bead experience is required)
This class will give you an introduction to brick stitch.  This bracelet is very fun because it uses many different types of beads to give it lots of dimension and texture.  This is the perfect project to use up those small amounts of beads you have laying around

Stony Creek Bead’s Class Sign-Up 
& Attendance Policies
The following policies are in place to insure an enjoyable learning environment for you as a student, and to express respect for the teacher and your fellow students.
  • Do Not Wear Perfume (or strongly perfumed lotions, etc.) the day of class.  Several of the teachers and students have allergies, asthma, or sensitivities to perfume.  Please be considerate in this matter.
  • Prices listed are for the teacher fee only.  Materials are extra.  A tool kit (containing pliers, cutters, scissors, etc.) is available for your use during class.  Exception: Beading needles for thread-work classes.
  • Payment in full is required at the time you sign up for a class.  We accept phone registrations with a credit card.
  • You must pre-register so we may prepare properly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any class where the minimum number of students is not met.
  • For private lessons, we reserve the right to enroll other students for the same lesson at the same time.
  • No refund will be given if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to class.
  • Only the students signed up for class may attend.  Family or friends cannot “hang out” in the classroom.
  • Students must be at least 13 years old.
  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class starts.  Due to time limitations, teachers will not be able to repeat instructions if you are late.
  • Cell phones and pagers must be set to “courtesy mode.”  Please step outside the classroom to answer the call or have the conversation.  No exceptions.
  • If you normally wear glasses to read, bead, or do other crafts, please bring them to class.
