Puffy Heart
Tuesday February 6th  6:00 to 8:00pm
Cost: $25 + Materials
Instructor: Kim West
Experience Level: Determined Beginner (some prior bead-weaving experience helpful)

Just in time for Valentine’s Day!!! Weave this heart with lots of Swarovski crystals and Fire Polish.  Plenty of bling!!  This project was designed by Deborah Roberti and is being taught with her permission








L’il Heart Earrings
Thursday February 8th  6:00 to 8:00pm
Cost: FREE + Materials

Experience Level: Beginner
Cathy wanted to show her love by offering a free class this month.  She really appreciates all of your support of her designs over the last couple of years.  Weave these darling heart earrings with sparkle.  They go perfectly with the puffy heart pendant.  Even though the class is free, please be sure to register so we are sure to have enough room

Introduction to Kumihimo
Saturday February 10th  1:00 to 4:00pm

If you have ever been interested in learning the Japanese braiding technique of Kumihimo, now is your chance.  Learn the popular technique to weave a fun bracelet.












Basic Stringing

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make jewelry but weren’t sure where to start?  This is the class for you!!  Learn to string jewelry and attach the clasp so it is securely fastioned.  This is an essential skill for every jewelry maker.






Mini Minos Bracelet

Experience Level: Determined Beginner (some previous beadweaving experience helpful)

Use Right-Angle weave to create this dainty chain with SuperDuos and Minos beads.  I created this bracelet with 3 separate chains but it would be just as cute with one.  This is also a great chain for a necklace or a wrap bracelet.  Many possibilities!!




Queen Elizabeth

Learn the netting technique to create this necklace that is fit for a queen.










Cute as a Button Earrings

These earrings might be little, but they pack the pizazz!!  Learn to bezel around an 8mm chaton to create these dazzling earrings that are the size of a dime.

Learn the wrapped loop technique in this class which is an essential skill to make earrings.  Don’t worry though, this technique can be used in many other projects as well!!









Fun with Flags
Tuesday February 27th 6:00 to 8:00pm
Cost: FREE + Materials

Experience Level: Beginner
You will notice more earrings than normal in this month’s schedule.  J  I must be honest, this project started out as a necklace but things were just not working out and I ended up with earrings.  This is another stash-buster project where we will combine your odds and ends with the few flag component beads by TierraCast®.  We will also explore the use of clam shells to finish off the earrings.
Even though the class is free, please be sure to register so we are sure to have enough room

   Attendance Policies
The following policies are in place to insure an enjoyable learning environment for you as a student, and to express respect for the teacher and your fellow students.
  • Do Not Wear Perfume (or strongly perfumed lotions, etc.) the day of class.  Several of the teachers and students have allergies, asthma, or sensitivities to perfume.  Please be considerate in this matter.
  • Prices listed are for the teacher fee only.  Materials are extra.  A tool kit (containing pliers, cutters, scissors, etc.) is available for your use during class.  Exception: Beading needles for thread-work classes.
  • Payment in full is required at the time you sign up for a class.  We accept phone registrations with a credit card.
  • You must pre-register so we may prepare properly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any class where the minimum number of students is not met.
  • For private lessons, we reserve the right to enroll other students for the same lesson at the same time.
  • No refund will be given if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to class.
  • Only the students signed up for class may attend.  Family or friends cannot “hang out” in the classroom.
  • Students must be at least 13 years old.
  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class starts.  Due to time limitations, teachers will not be able to repeat instructions if you are late.
  • Cell phones  must be set to “courtesy mode.”  Please step outside the classroom to answer the call or have the conversation.  No exceptions.
  • If you normally wear glasses to read, bead, or do other crafts, please bring them to class.
