Elemental Charm Bracelet


Saturday May 7th 1:00 to 4:00pm $40
Instructor: Christine Wilson

Experience Level – Beginner
Using 3mm Crystaletts, square wire jump rings, charms, and swarovski crystals, students will create a themed charm bracelet in brass or silver fill. Full Charm kits $56-$70 (or single row, with one charm $28). Beginners welcome but previous chainmaille experience requested.

 
Wire Braided Bracelet
Tuesday May 10th 6:00 to 8:00pm  $25
Instructor: Angela Peters
Experience Level - Beginner
Learn to braid wire around beads to make a fun bracelet. You will also learn to create a wire hook closure.
 

Earrings and More
Wednesday May 11th 6:00 to 8:00pm $25

Experience Level - Beginner
The focus of this class is to learn the wrapped loop technique which is essential to have for every jewelry-maker.





Royal Pendant
Thursday May 12th 6:00 to 8:00pm $25
Instructor: Cathy Andrews
Experience Level – Determined Beginner/Intermediate (some previous bead weaving experience is required)
Use seed beads, pearls and crystals to create a beautiful pendant that is fit for royalty.
 


Glamis Castle Pendant
Saturday May 14th 1:00 to 5:00pm  $50

Experience Level - Intermediate
A netted pendant with three large crystals and a CRAW bail will certainly provide a large amount of bling.












Brocade Bracelet
Tuesday May 17th 6:00pm to 8:00pm $25

Experience Level - Beginner
 
Use 2-Hole Tile beads, SuperDuos and Firepolish to make a wide or narrow version of this bracelet. Both versions will be included in the pattern. This is a perfect bracelet to match the Mayan Princess necklace being taught later this month. This pattern was designed by Deborah Roberti and is being taught with her permission.




Basic Stringing
Wednesday May 18th           6:00 to 8:00pm           $25

Experience Level - Beginner
Just about everyone can string beads on a wire, but you will learn the techniques needed to design a bracelet, and to make jewelry that fits and stays securely fastened. 



Tree of Life Pendant
Thursday May 19th    6:00 to 8:00pm     $25
Instructor: Angela Peters
Experience Level – Beginner but some wire-working experience is helpful
Learn to make a tree of life pendant using stone chips and wire.  The diameter of the pendant is 1 5/8 inches.













Mayan Princess
Tuesday May 24th  6:00 to 8:00pm    $25
Instructor: Cathy Andrews
Experience Level – Determined Beginner/Intermediate (some prior bead weaving experience is required)
Use 2-Hole tile beads to create a necklace that is reminiscent of ancient lands.  Of course, firepolish are used to create a little sparkle.



Picasso Rope
Wednesday May 25th       6:00 to 8:00pm       $25
Instructor: Kim West
Experience Level - Beginner
Learn to make a twisted herringbone rope using two different sizes of beads.  In my version, I used the new Picasso seed bead mix and it turned out so fun.  This is a perfect rope to hang a focal piece from.  It can also be used as a bracelet.






Darby Bracelet
Thursday May 26th  6:00 to 8:00pm   $25

Experience Level – Beginner
Use tile beads and SuperDuos to create this wavy bracelet that is so much fun.  This is a perfect introduction to bead weaving if you are interested in learning.  This pattern was designed by Deborah Roberti and is being taught with her permission

Stony Creek Bead’s Class Sign-Up 
& Attendance Policies
 
The following policies are in place to insure an enjoyable learning environment for you as a student, and to express respect for the teacher and your fellow students.
 
  • Do Not Wear Perfume (or strongly perfumed lotions, etc.) the day of class.  Several of the teachers and students have allergies, asthma, or sensitivities to perfume.  Please be considerate in this matter.
  • Prices listed are for the teacher fee only.  Materials are extra.  A tool kit (containing pliers, cutters, scissors, etc.) is available for your use during class.  Exception: Beading needles for thread-work classes.
  • Payment in full is required at the time you sign up for a class.  We accept phone registrations with a credit card.
  • You must pre-register so we may prepare properly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any class where the minimum number of students is not met.
  • For private lessons, we reserve the right to enroll other students for the same lesson at the same time.
  • No refund will be given if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to class.
  • Only the students signed up for class may attend.  Family or friends cannot “hang out” in the classroom.
  • Students must be at least 13 years old.
  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class starts.  Due to time limitations, teachers will not be able to repeat instructions if you are late.
  • Cell phones and pagers must be set to “courtesy mode.”  Please step outside the classroom to answer the call or have the conversation.  No exceptions.
  • If you normally wear glasses to read, bead, or do other crafts, please bring them to class.
