Attendance Policies
The following policies are in place to insure an enjoyable learning environment for you as a student, and to express respect for the teacher and your fellow students.
- Do Not Wear Perfume (or strongly perfumed lotions, etc.) the day of class. Several of the teachers and students have allergies, asthma, or sensitivities to perfume. Please be considerate in this matter.
- Prices listed are for the teacher fee only. Materials are extra. A tool kit (containing pliers, cutters, scissors, etc.) is available for your use during class. Exception: Beading needles for thread-work classes.
- Payment in full is required at the time you sign up for a class. We accept phone registrations with a credit card.
- You must pre-register so we may prepare properly.
- We reserve the right to cancel any class where the minimum number of students is not met.
- For private lessons, we reserve the right to enroll other students for the same lesson at the same time.
- No refund will be given if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to class.
- Only the students signed up for class may attend. Family or friends cannot “hang out” in the classroom.
- Students must be at least 16 years old.
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class starts. Due to time limitations, teachers will not be able to repeat instructions if you are late.
- Cell phones must be set to “courtesy mode.” Please step outside the classroom to answer the call or have the conversation. No exceptions.
- If you normally wear glasses to read, bead, or do other crafts, please bring them to class.
